What’s Included in Post-Construction Cleaning?

Our post-construction cleaning service is typically done in three phases:

1. 

Rough Clean

• Removal of large debris and trash

• Sweeping and vacuuming of floors

• Cleaning of walls and baseboards (to remove dust and markings)

• Removal of stickers or labels from windows, appliances, and fixtures

2. 

Detailed Clean (Final Clean)

• Deep cleaning of all surfaces: floors, walls, ceilings

• Cleaning of cabinetry, shelves, and closets (inside and out)

• Scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens: sinks, tubs, toilets, countertops, etc.

• Dusting air vents, fans, and light fixtures

• Interior window cleaning

• Polishing mirrors and glass

3. 

Touch-Up Clean (if needed)

• A follow-up cleaning after a few days to handle any dust that has settled

• Final touch-ups on fingerprints, smudges, or missed spots
