Why having a clean space makes a difference!

Having your space cleaned creates an environment where many possibilities can come in to shine in your life. I can list 3 easy reasons of why you should keep up with the upkeep. I’ll release each reason one day at a time. Starting today I’ll release reason number one.

Reason Number 1. A favorable representation of yourself or your business.

A favorable representation of yourself or your business lets people know you mean real business. When you’ve dialed in the mundane parts of life—like keeping your space immaculately clean—it’s undeniable proof of your accountability.

Let’s be honest: few people actually stay up to date with these tasks. They take your time, they take your energy, and they test your consistency. But staying consistent pays off massively.

Think about the nicest, fanciest building you’ve ever walked into. What sets it apart? It’s not just the architecture; it’s the absolute, unwavering cleanliness and upkeep.

Compare a Hilton to a Motel 8. I can smell a Motel 8 just by thinking of it—especially the one on the bad side of town. Given the choice, you will always pick the Hilton based on its standard of excellence.

Now, flip the scenario. Let’s say you’re traveling, the only option for miles is a run-down Motel 8, and the next clean Hilton is 58 miles away in another state. You pull in, but the moment you walk in, you see cigarettes on the floor, trash in the corners, and unswept debris piles. It’s your only choice, but the unfavorable environment immediately repels you. Suddenly, sleeping in your front passenger seat doesn’t sound half bad.

You have standards. And if those standards aren’t met? No deal, you’re out.

Your customers and the people around you operate the exact same way. Everyone has their own threshold for what is acceptable.

Will the way you represent yourself and your space attract people, or will it deter them? A basic, non-negotiable law of living is simple: Keep. Your. Place. Clean.

Whether you do it or you don’t, it shows. Your visitors will see it, they will feel it, and it will either pull them in or push them away.
